Your one task:
set up call forwarding

Takes 2 minutes. This is the only thing you need to do — we handle everything else.

iPhone (iOS)

    Open the Phone app and tap Keypad.

  2. 2

    Dial *21* followed by your Veltrix number (we'll send it to you), then press #. Example: *21*+14155551234#

  3. 3

    Press the green Call button. You'll hear a confirmation tone or see a message that forwarding is active.

  4. 4

    All missed calls will now be forwarded to your Veltrix number automatically.

To turn off forwarding later: dial ##21# and press Call.

Android

  1. 1

    Open the Phone app.

  2. 2

    Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) → Settings → Calls → Call Forwarding.

  3. 3

    Tap "Always forward" and enter your Veltrix number (we'll send it to you).

  4. 4

    Tap Enable. Forwarding is now active.

Exact menu names vary by Android version. Search "call forwarding" in your phone settings if you can't find it.

How to test it works

Call your business number from another phone and let it ring without answering.

Within 30 seconds, you should receive an SMS from your Veltrix number on your mobile.

Reply to that SMS — you'll see the conversation in your Veltrix dashboard.

The message is personalised with your business name and booking link. Customers can reply directly and you'll see everything in your dashboard.

What happens next

Daily email reports

Every morning you receive a summary: missed calls, SMS sent, replies received, bookings clicked.

SMS reply handling

When a customer replies, the conversation continues automatically. You are notified on your mobile.

Booking tracking

Every time a customer clicks your booking link from the SMS, we log it so you can see conversion rates.

Monthly billing

Stripe handles your subscription automatically. You can cancel or change your plan at any time.
